Lead Pastor

Pastor Zach surrendered his life to Jesus on the side of a back road in Manchester, MD. Leaving behind a his secret life of drugs & addiction he began openly preaching the gospel at tent revivals, youth groups, and FCA events. 

Zach met his wife Carie and they began following the Lord together. Zach continued his itinerate preaching while attending Bible college, preaching at local churches, nursing homes, youth camps, and drug rehab centers. Zach was awarded an academic scholarship to attend Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, where he received his M.Div. Zach continued his itinerate preaching ministry while in New England, and began discerning a call to church planting.

Zach spent a year learning the behind-the-scenes of church planting, and after receiving a call from an old friend from seminary, Zach and Carie packed up their now family of four (with one on the way) to Wichita, KS where they planted Exodus Church. Zach served as Executive Pastor of Exodus Church and Program director of Boys II Men, a mentor program for boys in fatherless homes, for the past 4 years.

Zach and Carie now feel called to plant another church in Warrenton, VA. With their experience of over 10 years of being sent out for gospel ministry, they believe God is calling them to plant a church that will reach the lost, equip the found, and send out the mature in Christ to go and do likewise.
